Federal guidelines mandate that tuition, fees, and other related charges are prorated based upon each student’s enroll- ment status. Tuition and fees may be refunded. No other charges are refundable. The amount of Title IV aid that you must repay is determined by the federal formula for return of Title IV funds as speci- fied in Section 484B of the Higher Education Act. The amount of Title IV aid that you earned during the term before you withdrew is calculated by multiplying the total aid for which you qualified by the percentage of time in the term that you were enrolled (college work-study not included). Your disbursement or repayment owed: Cambridge College will return the unearned aid to Title IV programs as specified by law. Students who have received federal student financial aid funds are entitled to a refund of any moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds (see below).

STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. The student has the right to cancel the initial enrollment agreement until (midnight) of the (fifth) business day after the student has been admitted. If the right to cancel is not given to any prospective student at the time the agreement is signed, then the student has the right to cancel the agreement at any time and receive a refund on all monies paid to date within (10) days of cancellation. STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have the right to cancel this Agreement for educational service, any equipment or other goods and services if notice of cancellation is made through attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later. §94920(b) Class day means, except for home study or correspondence, a day on which students were scheduled to attend a class session. Cancellation occurs when you give written notice of cancellation at School address shown on the front page of this Agreement. You can do this by mail, email, FAX, or telegram. The notice of cancellation, if mailed, is effective when deposited in the mail, properly addressed with postage prepaid. This notice need not take any particular form; it needs only to state you wish to cancel the Agreement. You will be given a notice of cancellation form on the first day of class, but you can use any written notice that you wish. If you cancel this Agreement, School will refund any money that you paid, less an application/registration fee not to exceed $250, within 45 days after your notice is received. If the Student is rejected for training or if a course is canceled, the Student will receive a refund of all monies paid.
STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. You have the right to cancel your agreement for a program of instruction, without any penalty or obligations, through attendance at the first class session or the seventh calendar day after enrollment, whichever is later. After the end of the cancellation period, you also have the right to stop school at any time; and you have the right to receive a pro rata refund if you have completed 60 percent or less of the scheduled days in the current payment period in your program through the last day of attendance.

If you do not return the equipment within this 3-day period, Xxxxxx College of Canine Studies may keep an amount out of which you paid that equals the cost of the equipment. The total amount charged for each item of equipment shall not exceed the equipment’s fair market value. The institution shall have the burden of proof to establish the equipment’s fair market value. The school is required to refund any amount over that as provided above. See equipment list attached. The Xxxxxx College dog/puppy remains the property of Xxxxxx College and must be returned or criminal charges will be made. If I withdrawal in a timely manner and follow guidelines and policy, I understand that the Enrollment fee and non-refundable course materials fee are non-refundable as well as the Student Tuition Recovery Fund fee (STRF). Institute of Healthcare, Inc does not provide financial aid or other types of loan. If the student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have the responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund. At this time our institution does not offer title IV (financial aid) federal, or state funding. If the student defaults on a federal or state loan, both the following may occur: 1) The federal or state government or a loan guarantee agency may take action against the student, including applying any income tax refund to which the person is entitled to reduce the balance owed on the loan. 2) The student may not be eligible for any other federal student financial aid at another institution or other government financial assistance until the loan is repaid. If the student receives federal student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of the money’s not paid from federal financial aid funds.
