Agency Shop – Rescission of Provision. The implementation of the provisions of this Article shall not prohibit or restrict an election to rescind this provision as provided by Government Code Section 3502.5. This agency shop provision may be rescinded pursuant to Government Code Section 3502.5 or its successor provision.
