Common use of Agency to Provide Services Clause in Contracts

Agency to Provide Services. Agency shall assign Agency Personnel to complete those assignments provided to Agency by City MPD Commanding Officer in accordance with Section 4.2. Should Agency object to any specific assignment, Agency shall make such objection known immediately after receipt of the assignment to the City MPD Commanding Officer who shall reasonably attempt to accommodate Agency; provided that the decision of City MPD Commanding Officer and the requirements of the Security Plan shall control. Any refusal to accept an assignment may result in Agency not being reimbursed for personnel costs under Section 7 of this Agreement.
