Agency Transfer Employee Liabilities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any Liabilities relating to the employment, or termination of employment, including in respect of any compensation or benefits, of any Agency Transfer Employees shall be subject to the terms of the applicable Agency Agreement.
