Agency’s Right to Audit. A. Contractor shall make available at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, and for reasonable periods, work papers, reports, books, records, supporting documents kept current by Contractor pertaining to the Contract for purposes of inspecting, monitoring, auditing, or evaluating by System Agency and the State of Texas. Contractor shall ensure these same requirements are included in all subcontracts.
