Agenda for Further Investment Cooperation and Facilitation. 1. The Joint Committee shall develop and discuss an Agenda for Further Cooperation and Facilitation on relevant topics for the promotion and enhancement of bilateral investment. 2. The issues to be initially discussed by the Parties will be agreed upon in the first meeting of the Joint Committee. 3. As a result of the discussions in the Joint Committee regarding the Agenda for Further Cooperation and Facilitation, the Parties may adopt additional commitments.
