Common use of Agent Charges Clause in Contracts

Agent Charges. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent, solely for its own account, the standard charges assessed by the Agent in connection with the issuance, administration, amendment and payment or cancellation of Letters of Credit issued hereunder, which charges shall be those typically charged by the Agent to its customers generally having credit and other characteristics similar to the Borrower, as determined in good faith by the Agent.
