Such Party agrees that any Service Document may be effectively served on it in connection with Proceedings in England and Wales by service on its agent effected in any manner permitted by the Civil Procedure RulesRules 1998 (as amended).
33.5 If the agent of NLF at any time ceases for any reason to act as such NLF shall appoint a replacement agent having an address for service in England and Wales and shall notify the other parties of the name and address of the replacement agent. Failing such appointment and notification, BE plc shall be entitled by notice to appoint a replacement agent to act on behalf of NLF. The provisions of this clause 33 (Agent for Service) applying to service on an agent apply equally to service on a replacement agent.
33.6 A copy of any Service Document served on an agent of NLF shall be sent by post to NLF. Failure or delay in so doing shall not prejudice the effectiveness of service of the Service Document.

Agent for Service. 26.1 44.1. Each of BEG(UK), BE plc and Holdings (the SLPs “Appointing Parties”) irrevocably appoints GSK BEG to be its agent for the receipt of Service Documents. Each such Party Documents and each agrees that any Service Document may be effectively served on it in connection with Proceedings in England and Wales by service on its agent effected in any manner permitted by the Civil Procedure RulesRules 1998 (as amended).
26.2 44.2. If the agent of the Appointing Parties at any time ceases for any reason to act as suchsuch for any of the Appointing Parties, the SLPs that or those Appointing Parties shall each appoint a replacement agent having an address for service in England or and Wales and shall notify Haleon the other parties of the name and address of the replacement agent. Failing such appointment and notification, Haleon the Secretary of State shall be entitled by notice to each of the SLPs to appoint a replacement agent to act on behalf of the SLPs, provided that each SLP shall be entitled, by notice to Haleon, to replace that agent with a replacement agent having an address for service in England or WalesAppointing Parties. The provisions of this clause 26 44 (Agent for Service) applying to service on an agent apply equally to service on a replacement agent.
26.3 44.3. A copy of any Service Document served on an agent appointed in accordance with clauses 26.1 of one or 26.2 both of the Appointing Parties shall be sent by post to the relevant SLPAppointing Party or Parties. Failure or delay in so doing shall not prejudice the effectiveness of service of the Service Document.
26.4 Without prejudice 44.4. NLF irrevocably appoints PKF of 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, London EC1N 8JA to clauses 26.1 to 26.3, any Party without an address for service in England or Wales shall appoint, and keep appointed at all times, an be its agent for service with an address for service in England or Wales the receipt of Service Documents and shall notify the other Parties of the name and address of its appointed agent for service. Failing such appointment and notification, Haleon (in the case of such failure by any of the SLPs) or the SLPs acting jointly (in the case of such failure by Haleon) shall be entitled by notice to such Party to appoint an agent to act on behalf of such Party, provided that such Party shall be entitled, by notice to the other Party (or Parties), to replace that agent with a replacement agent having an address for service in England or Wales. Such Party agrees that any Service Document may be effectively served on it in connection with Proceedings in England and Wales by service on its agent effected in any manner permitted by the Civil Procedure RulesRules 1998 (as amended).
