Agent of Record. 4.1 The City agrees to provide a payroll deduction process to be available to employees in the bargaining unit for various employee plans. These plans shall be administered by the "Agent of Record" so designated by the CWA. This authorization does not include plans which require the City to be the Plan Sponsor. 4.2 The CWA will indemnify, defend, and hold the City harmless against any claim made, and against any suit against it on account of any deductions made pursuant to this article.
