Agent satisfied. The Agent will be deemed to be satisfied that the conditions precedent to Utilisations referred to in clause 3.2 have been met if, prior to each Utilisation Date, the Agent receives from the Borrower a written notice certifying that the relevant conditions precedent have been met and information in support of that certification and the information appears, on its face, to support the certification made.
