Agents and Sub-Resellers. Reseller shall not sell any Services through a sales agent or to a sub-reseller without the prior express written permission of CybSafe. Where CybSafe agrees to any such appointment, Reseller shall ensure that it enters into a written contract with such sales agent, sub-distributor or reseller on terms which provide at least the same level of protection to CybSafe as set out in this Agreement.
