Agent's Authority to Act, etc. Each of the Lenders appoints and authorizes BankBoston to act for the Lenders as the Lenders' Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Credit Documents on the terms set forth herein. In acting hereunder, the Agent is acting for the account of BankBoston to the extent of its Percentage Interest and for the account of each other Lender to the extent of the Lenders' respective Percentage Interests, and all action in connection with the enforcement of, or the exercise of any remedies (other than the Lenders' rights of set-off as provided in Section 8.2.4 or in any Credit Document) in respect of the Credit Obligations and Credit Documents shall be taken by the Agent.

Agent's Authority to Act, etc. Each of the Lenders appoints and authorizes BankBoston Bank of Boston to act for the Lenders as the Lenders' Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Credit Documents on the terms set forth herein. In acting hereunder, the Agent is acting for the account of BankBoston Bank of Boston to the extent of its Percentage Interest and for the account of each other Lender to the extent of the Lenders' respective Percentage Interests, and all action in connection with the enforcement of, or the exercise of any remedies (other than the Lenders' rights of set-off as provided in Section 8.2.4 or in any Credit Document) in respect of the Credit Obligations and Credit Documents shall be taken by the Agent.
