Common use of Agent's Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain fee letter dated July 6, 1998, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated July June 6, 19981995, or as otherwise agreed amended from time to timetime in a writing executed by the Borrower and the Agent.

Agent's Fee. The In order to compensate the Agent for its obligations hereunder, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, Agent for its own account, account the fees agreed to by set forth in a separate letter agreement between the Agent and the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain fee letter dated July 6February 3, 1998, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, Agent for its own account, the all fees agreed (including any fees pursuant to by the Borrower and the Agent Section 2.2.8) pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated July 6December 24, 19981997, or between the Borrower and the Agent, as otherwise agreed amended from time to timetime (the "Agent Fee Letter").

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated July 6April 4, 19981997, as amended August 28, 1997 or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
