AGENTS OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Authorized Official(s) for the State of Alaska shall be the Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Director of Treasury in all matters concerning this Agreement. 1.2 The Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Collections Management, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), U.S. Department of the Treasury, shall act as the Secretary's representative in all matters concerning this Agreement.
