OBJECTIVES OF THE AGREEMENT. 7.1 The parties agree that key objectives of this agreement are;
(a) to provide terms and conditions of employment commensurate with the challenges associated with working in the construction industry
(b) to provide safe working conditions
(c) to provide a functional work/life balance and a comfortable standard of living

The Objectives of this Agreement are to:- Improve Company performance by increasing efficiency and productivity through a more highly skilled flexible and motivated work team thereby enabling us to achieve increased market share, and so support the labour cost increases which are included herein as reward for implementing the labour efficiencies set down in this Agreement. • Achieve actual implementation of the efficiency measures contained herein which are designed to effect real gains in productivity. • Develop international best practice and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Improve the standard of living, job satisfaction and continuity of employment of employees.

The objectives of this Agreement are to 1) establish lines of communication and procedures for implementing this Agreement, and 2) complete all items necessary for successful operation of the chosen renewable energy systems and all associated optional additional equipment.

OBJECTIVES OF THE AGREEMENT. The agreement is not conditional to the achievement of the below stated objectives but this in itself should not diminish the parties’ aims to achieve these objectives: • for the Employees to receive just rewards for their efforts, • to provide job security and satisfaction through meaningful employment, • to review that the lines of communication are kept constantly open, • to be secure in the knowledge that each person whoever he or she may be has a fundamental right to self respect, • to ensure that there will be no discrimination in any form in an establishment where workplace bullying and/or harassment are taboo. • to provide for wage increases over the period of the agreement • to help to bring about unity and maintain a harmonious relationship through the constant reminder that each one’s prosperity is an integral part of the other. • to reduce absenteeism and lost time through injury by the implementation of work practices that contribute towards a safer place in which to work • to remove all perceived barriers to improvement in performance issues such as quality, technology, product delivery and customer service, • to document the working arrangements in respect to wages and conditions which have been agreed to between the Employer and the Employees.
