AGENTS OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Authorized Official(s) for the State of Vermont shall be the Commissioner of Finance and Management in all matters concerning this Agreement. 1.2 The Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Collections Management, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), U.S. Department of the Treasury, shall act as the Secretary's representative in all matters concerning this Agreement.
