AGENTS OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 The Authorized Official(s) for the State of California shall be the Chief, Fiscal Systems and Consulting Unit for the Department of Finance in all matters concerning this Agreement. 1.2 The Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Collections Management, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), U.S. Department of the Treasury, shall act as the Secretary's representative in all matters concerning this Agreement.
