Common use of Agent’s Office Clause in Contracts

The Agent acts initially through the New York office of LTCB Trust Company, but may hereafter change the office at which it performs its functions as Agent to any other office of itself or any of its affiliates (including, without limitation, to any office of LTCB) by giving prompt subsequent notice to the Company and the Banks.
