Common use of Agent’s receipt of Notices Clause in Contracts

Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Facility Agent receives a notice under Clause 7 (Prepayment and cancellation) or Clause 8 (Mandatory Prepayment and cancellation) it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice to either the Obligors’ Agent or the affected Lender, as appropriate.
