Common use of Agent’s receipt of Notices Clause in Contracts

Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice under Clause 7 (Illegality, Voluntary Prepayment and Cancellation) or an election under paragraph (d) of Clause 8.4 (Application of mandatory prepayments and cancellations), it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to either the Company or the affected Lender, as appropriate.

Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice under Clause 7 9 (Illegality, Voluntary Prepayment and Cancellation) or an election under Clause 11.8 (Prepayment elections) or paragraph (d3(d) of Clause 8.4 Schedule 4 (Application of mandatory prepayments and cancellationsMandatory Prepayment), it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to either the Company Borrower or the affected Lender, as appropriate.
