Receipt of Communications. Any communication received by the Custodian on a day which is not a Business Day or after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time (or such other time as is agreed by the Company and the Custodian from time to time), on a Business Day will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day (but in the case of communications so received after 3:30 p.m., Eastern time, on a Business Day the Custodian will use its best efforts to process such communications as soon as possible after receipt).
Receipt of Communications. Communications will be sent to you at the mailing address specified in the new account application or your updated account information in your account profile page (or at such other address as you may specify in writing). All communications so sent, whether by mail, mailgram, email, messenger, electronic data communications, fax or otherwise, shall be considered delivered to you personally, whether actually received or not. You must inform us within a reasonable amount of time of any change in your name and/or address.
Receipt of Communications. Any communication received by the Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, as applicable, on a day which is not a Business Day or after 3:30 p.m. (or such other time as is agreed by the Borrower and the Custodian from time to time) on a Business Day will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day; provided that in the case of communications so received after 3:30 p.m. on a Business Day the Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, as applicable, will use its commercially reasonable efforts to process such communications as soon as possible after receipt.
Receipt of Communications. Any communication received by the Custodian or Document Custodian on a day which is not a Business Day or after 3:00 p.m. New York time (or such other time as is agreed by the Company, and the Custodian or Document Custodian from time to time in writing on a Business Day) will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day.
Receipt of Communications. You expressly consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (“Notices”) from us, at the phone number, physical address or electronic address you provide to us when registering your Wireless Account. Notices from us to you are considered delivered when we deliver them by email to any email address you provide to us, or three (3) days after mailing to your billing address.
Receipt of Communications. You are deemed to have received Communications from us when they are made available to you. It is your responsibility to log in to the Service regularly to remain up to date with Communications. You will receive an e-mail from us for Communications that we deem to be time sensitive, which may prompt you to log in to review the full Communications.
Receipt of Communications. Communications by mail, electronic means, messenger, telegraph, or otherwise sent to or by me at the U.S. postal or electronic mail address of record listed on the application, or any other address I may give FBS, are presumed to be delivered to and received by me whether actually received or not. I understand that I should promptly and carefully review the confirmations and periodic statements and notify you of any errors. As a Fidelity Funding Account owner, I will receive a statement of all transfers quarterly; and monthly for months in which there is activity in my account. Information contained on confirmations and account statements is conclusive unless I object in writing within five and 10 days, respectively, after transmitted to me.
Receipt of Communications. After the Effective Time, each Party (or any member of its Group) may receive mail, packages, electronic mail and any other written communications properly belonging to another Party (or any member of its Group). Accordingly, at all times after the Effective Time, each Party is hereby authorized to receive and, if reasonably necessary to identify the proper recipient in accordance with this Section 2.6(e), open all mail, packages, electronic mail and any other written communications received by such Party that belongs to such other Party, and to the extent that they do not relate to the Business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, packages, electronic mail or any other written communications (or, in case the same also relates to the Business of the receiving Party or another Party, copies thereof) to such other Party as provided for in Section 10.6; it being understood that, if a Party receives a telephone call that relates to the Business of the other Party, then the receiving Party shall inform the person making such telephone call to contact the other Party. The provisions of this Section 2.6(e) are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute an authorization by any Party to permit the other Party to accept service of process on its behalf, and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of any other Party for service of process purposes.
Receipt of Communications. After the Separation Time, each Party (or any member of its Group) may receive mail, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other Party (or any member of its Group). Accordingly, at all times after the Separation Time, each Party authorizes the other applicable Party to receive and, if necessary to identify the proper recipient in accordance with this Section 6.7, open all mail, packages and other communications received by such Party that belongs to such other Party, and to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, packages or other communications (or, in case the same also relates to the business of the receiving Party or another Party, copies thereof) to such other Party as provided for in Section 9.6. The provisions of this Section 6.7 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute an authorization by either Party to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of any other Party for service of process purposes.
Receipt of Communications. Communication by mail, messenger, telegraph, electronic mail or electronic record, or otherwise, sent to me at the address of record listed on the Application or any other address I
