Common use of Agent’s receipt of Notices Clause in Contracts

Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice under Clause 18 (Illegality, Voluntary Prepayment And Cancellation) or an election under Clause 20.7 (Prepayment elections) or paragraph 3(d) of Schedule 7 (Mandatory Prepayment), it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to either the Company or the affected Lender, as appropriate.
