Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice under clause 7 (Illegality, Voluntary Prepayment and Cancellation) or an election under clause 8.3 (Application of mandatory prepayments), it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to either the Borrower or the affected Lender, as appropriate.
