Aggregate District Contribution to Insurance Pool. Additionally, effective October 1 of each year of the duration of this contract, on a pro rate, FTE basis, the District shall make a contribution over the state insurance benefit allocation equal to the average contribution of the nine comparison districts set forth in Section 3.5,B.,2. In the event the District’s Maintenance and Operations Levy at the maximum capacity should fail, the insurance contributions shall be renegotiated by the District and the Association.
