District Contribution. Effective January 1, 2019:
District Contribution. Effective beginning with the 2014 plan year, the District shall pay a portion of the monthly premium for dental coverage.
District Contribution. The District shall contribute the state insurance allotment per month for each certificated full- time employee and a prorated amount of the same for all regular part-time certificated employees to a pool of funds to be used for the purchase of insurance benefits. The Health Care Authority contribution will be paid by the District. Each employee of a full-time equivalent status shall be entitled to select insurance options from the approved options up to the state allocation amount per month. Employees who work less than a full-time equivalent shall be eligible to receive a maximum District contribution for their selected benefits that is a percentage of a full-time equivalent employee’s contribution. The percentage of a full-time equivalent employee’s contribution shall be the same percentage as the percentage of a full- time equivalent which the employee works. No employee shall receive less than full dental and vision, term life and long term disability.
District Contribution. If criteria B.1 through B.4 are met, the District will contribute $150.00 toward the total monthly cost of the part-time temporary faculty member or temporary adjunct faculty member’s medical premium only.

District Contribution. District health benefit funding for the period of July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 shall be based on a super-composite rate (an average of employee and retiree costs in the three tiers—employee-only; employee plus one; and, employee plus family) of $976 per employee/retiree per month (PEPM).
District Contribution. The annual District contribution toward the premiums (Section 8.A) for each eligible full-time professor shall be as follows: First contract year (2022-23): Negotiated District contribution to benefits, including Two Party Tier and Family Tier caps equivalent to Xxxxxx Permanente 15/5/20, Dental HMO, Vision, and Basic MetLife plan offered to the management group: Single Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $12,159* Two Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $18,498.84* Family Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $23,766.84* *If a professor’s total premiums cost less than $12,159, they will receive the difference between the cost of their premiums and $12,159 as cash back. If a professor’s total premiums cost more than $12,159, they will not receive cash back. Effective January 1, 2023, professors who continue participation in the “cash-in-lieu” program shall be paid a maximum of $6,854. Cash-in-lieu shall be reduced $960 annually until the maximum cash back is equal to $2200 plus the cost of Dental HMO, Vision, and Basic Life plans. Professors who newly participate in receiving cash-in-lieu beginning in 2022-23 shall be paid a maximum of $2200 plus the cost of Dental HMO, Vision, and Basic Life plans. Second Contract year (2023-24 for benefit year 2024): Single Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $12,159* Two Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $19,912.44 Family Party Tier PERS Major Medical Health Plans, Dental, Vision, and Life $25,612.44 *If a professor’s total premiums cost less than $12,159, they will receive the difference between the cost of their premiums and $12,159 as cash back. If a professor’s total premiums cost more than $12,159, they will not receive cash back. District Contribution. For the 2017-2018 benefit year the District shall contribute an amount of up to $1,133.20 per month per full-time employee family unit, toward the payment of premiums for health, dental and vision programs. The plans shall be provided by SISC. The parties agree that the total District liability for Health and Welfare Benefits shall not exceed $13,598.40 in any benefit year. Employees working three (3) hours or more but less than four (4) hours shall no longer have the opportunity to receive 25% of the premium paid by the District except any employee enjoying that benefit effective February 1, 2001, may continue to receive that contribution by the District.
District Contribution. For part-time employees, the District agrees to pay one-half (½) the cost of health benefits insurance premiums based upon what it would pay for full- time employees.
