Aggregated Benchmark Data Sample Clauses

The Aggregated Benchmark Data clause defines how data collected from multiple sources can be combined and used to create summary statistics or benchmarks. Typically, this clause allows a party to use anonymized and aggregated data from users or clients to generate industry trends, performance metrics, or comparative analyses, without revealing individual identities or proprietary information. Its core function is to enable the creation and use of valuable benchmarking insights while protecting the confidentiality of individual data contributors.
Aggregated Benchmark Data. For the relevant Performance Year, CMS will provide preliminary, interim, provisional (if the ACO selected Provisional Financial Settlement), and final data to the ACO detailing the ACO’s Performance Year Benchmark throughout the Performance Year, as detailed in Sections 11.01.B, 11.01.C, and 12.04.A.2, if applicable, and 12.04.A.3, respectively.
