Common use of AGGREGATION AND SPLIT Clause in Contracts

AGGREGATION AND SPLIT. 13.1 The Company is in accordance with the broker's BEP entitled to aggregate the Customer's orders with the broker's own orders, orders of any of the broker's associates and/or persons connected with the Company including employees and other customers. Furthermore, the Company may split the Customer's orders when executing these. The orders will only be aggregated or split if the Company reasonably believes it to be in the best interest of the Customer. On some occasion’s aggregation and split of the Customer's order may result in the Customer obtaining a less favorable price than if the Customer's orders had been executed respectively separately or mutually. In case the Company shall split the Customer’s orders when executing them, same shall be notified to the Customer prior any actions taken by the Company.
