Common use of Aggregation of Holdings Clause in Contracts

Aggregation of Holdings. For purposes of computing minimum shareholdings required for any purposes under this Agreement, each Shareholder shall be entitled to aggregate its holdings in the Company with the holdings of any of its Permitted Transferees (as defined in the Articles), and the aggregate holdings shall be considered to be held by such Shareholder and its Permitted Transferees.
