Common use of Aggregation of Shares Clause in Contracts

Aggregation of Shares. All the Preferred Shares or Ordinary Shares held or acquired by the affiliated entities or persons (as defined in Rule 144 under the Securities Act) shall be aggregated together for the purpose of determining the availability of any rights under this Agreement.
