Aggregator. Refers to a party other than the Company that represents and aggregates the load of Customers who collectively have a Load Relief potential of 50 kW or greater under Term-DLM or Auto-DLM for a particular Vintage Year and that is responsible for the actions of the Customers aggregated, including performance under the Program, and, as applicable, repayments to the Company.
