Common use of Agile Warranty Services Clause in Contracts

Agile Warranty Services. i. Contractor shall address and fix any defects in a current or subsequent iteration. ii. Contractor shall resolve any issues related to defects within 30 days of identification. iii. DSHS shall utilize the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, included as Exhibit C, to monitor and report defects. iv. For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligibility and Enrollment Status Tracker and all associated Deliverables shall conform with the summation of all Requirements associated with each individual Deliverable and with all representations and warranties.
