Common use of Agilent Business Clause in Contracts

Agilent Business. Agilent Business" means (a) the business and operations of the following business entities of HP, as described in the IPO Registration Statement (as defined in the Master Separation Agreement): (i) the Test and Measurement Organization, (ii) the Semiconductor Products Group, (iii) the Chemical Analysis Group, (iv) the Healthcare Solutions Group and (v) any related infrastructure organizations and (b) except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any terminated, divested or discontinued businesses or operations that at the time of termination, divestiture or discontinuation primarily related to the Agilent Business as then conducted.
