AGM Construction Administration Sample Clauses
The AGM Construction Administration clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for managing and overseeing construction activities during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) period. It typically specifies who is authorized to supervise construction work, how communication and approvals are handled, and the standards or protocols that must be followed to minimize disruption to AGM proceedings. By clearly defining these administrative processes, the clause ensures that construction projects are coordinated efficiently and do not interfere with the AGM, thereby maintaining order and reducing the risk of conflicts or delays.
