Agreed Stopping places. 3.1 The agreed stopping places are those set forth in the Document destruction, loss or damage during the time it was in our charge and to the extent that damage did not result from the inherent defect, quality or vice of the baggage; (b) For unchecked baggage, we shall be liable to you only of the damage resulted from our fault or that of our servants or agents.
