Common use of Agreement Amendment Clause in Contracts

For the following changes, however, the Bank shall notify the cardholder through writing, electronic message, or public announcement at the Bank's place of business or over its website at least 60 days before taking effect. These notices and announcements must explain in details the changes made and compare the original to the revised terms in a clear, visible manner, while giving the cardholder the option to object before taking effect, and that the cardholder would be considered as having consented to the changes if no objection is raised within the given period.
