Contract Term. The Contract end date, wherever such reference appears in the Contract, shall be changed from June 18, 2020 to June 18, 2021. The Contract Term may be renewed for one additional one-year period at the discretion of the State. Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.
Contract Term. The Contract end date, wherever such reference appears in the Contract, shall be changed from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
Contract Term. The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

Contract Term. The Contract Term of this Contract for Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services will be for two (2) years with no renewals. Section 2.2 of the Contract Exhibit C, Special Contract Conditions, is superseded in its entirety by this section of the Contract. The Contract Term will begin on September 1, 2020, or the date of the last signature on this Contract, whichever occurs later.
Contract Term. The period of contractor’s performance shall begin on August 20, 2021 and end on August 19, 2023, with the State having the option to renew for two additional periods, of one year each.

Contract Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. Contract provisions that contain report deadlines or record obligations which occur after contract termination survive as enforceable continuing obligations.
Contract Term. The contract’s initial term is upon contract execution through June 30, 2019, unless terminated earlier as provided in this contract. In no event is this contract binding on the Department unless the Department’s authorized representative has signed it. The legal counsel signature approving legal content of the contract does not constitute an authorized signature.
