Common use of Agreement Amendment Clause in Contracts

Agreement Amendment. This Agreement supersedes any other agreements or understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and represents their entire understanding and agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement can be amended, supplemented or changed, and any provision hereof can be waived, only by written instrument making specific reference to this Agreement and signed by the Company and the Executive.

Agreement Amendment. This Agreement supersedes any other agreements or understandings, oral or written, between constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and, from and represents their entire understanding after the Commencement Date, this Agreement shall supersede any and agreement with respect to all prior negotiations, understandings, discussions and agreements or arrangement, whether written or oral, between the subject matter hereofparties (and the Executive shall not be eligible for severance benefits under any other plan, program or policy of the Company). This Agreement can cannot be amendedaltered, supplemented modified, extended, waived or changed, and any provision hereof can be waived, only by terminated except upon a written instrument making specific reference to this Agreement and signed by the Company and the Executiveparties hereto.

This Agreement can be amended, supplemented or changed, Amendments to and any provision hereof can be waived, only by written instrument making specific reference to waivers of the provisions of this Agreement and signed shall be made by the Company and the Executiveparties only in writing by formal amendment.

Agreement Amendment. This Agreement is a final and binding settlement of the matters described herein and supersedes any other agreements prior agreement or understandingsunderstanding, oral or written, between pertaining to any matters described herein. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, waived, amended or added to, except by a writing signed by the parties hereto with respect to Party or Parties against which the subject matter hereof and represents their entire understanding and agreement with respect to the subject matter hereofenforcement of such modification, waiver, amendment or addition is or may be sought. This Agreement can be amended, supplemented or changed, and any provision hereof can be waived, only by written instrument making specific reference is an integrated agreement except to the extent indicated to the contrary in this Agreement and signed by the Company and the ExecutiveAgreement.
