Common use of Agreement and Term Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Term. The Company hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Unless terminated earlier as set forth in Section 3 herein, Executive’s employment and the term under this Agreement shall commence on February 3, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with Section 3 below (the “Term”).
