Common use of Agreement and Term Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Term. From and after the Effective Date, the Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive as its Chief Executive Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Unless terminated earlier as set forth in Section 3 herein, Executive’s employment and the term under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on December 31, 2023 (such period of employment, the “Term”).
