Agreement Authorization. 1. If a public entity, the Contractor shall submit to the K/T AAA a copy of an approved resolution, order, or motion referencing this Agreement number authorizing execution of this Agreement. If a private nonprofit entity, the Contractor shall submit to the K/T AAA an authorization by the Board of Directors to execute this Agreement, referencing this Agreement number. 2. These documents, including minute orders, must also identify the action taken.
