AGREEMENT BINDING ON WHOM. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Producer, upon its successors, and shall be applicable to any company in which Producer has a twenty-five percent (25%) or more financial interest, engaged in the production of theatrical motion pictures, provided such company at such time does not have a collective bargaining agreement or agreements covering the employee classifications subject to this Agreement.
