AGREEMENT BINDING ON WHOM. Consistent with and subject to the provisions of Article 1, Section B., this Agreement is applicable to all live and tape programs produced anywhere in the world by signatories or subsidiaries in which signatories have fifty percent (50%) or more financial interest.
