AGREEMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. If WE do not pay any refund due within sixty (60) days after WE receive YOUR request for cancellation, a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price will be added to YOUR refund per month. If WE cancel, WE will give YOU fifteen (15) days prior notice of cancellation.
