AGREEMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. If YOU cancel within sixty (60) days of YOUR purchase, the entire purchase price will be refunded unless YOU have made a CLAIM. If YOUR cancellation refund is not paid within thirty (30) days of the return of the service contract, a ten percent (10%) penalty per month will be added to YOUR refund.
