Cancellations and Refunds. Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.

This provision applies only to the original purchaser of the Agreement. Any such refund may be credited to an outstanding balance of Your account, and the excess, if any, returned to You. The cost of benefits paid or services provided during the current contract year will be deducted from any refund issued pursuant to the holder’s cancellation of this contract. We may cancel this Agreement if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment by You of the Contract Fee, or a material misstatement by You relating to the covered property or its use, an act or omission by You, or a violation by You of any condition of the service contract, which occurred after the effective date of the service contract and which substantially and materially increases the service required under the service contract, however, no such cancellation may become effective until at least 15 days after the notice of cancellation is mailed to you. You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee.

Viamericas will try not to debit your payment instrument after we have received your request for cancellation. However, in the case where Xxxxxxxxxx initiated an irreversible request for funds from your financial institution prior to receiving your request for cancellation, your payment instrument may be debited after you have cancelled your Transaction. Viamericas will refund your money after it has received the funds from your financial institution, crediting the same payment instrument used to pay for the Transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residents of the below listed states should read the following:  California. The following applies to Transactions configured by Senders in California: RIGHT TO REFUND: You, the customer, are entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of this agreement if Viamericas does not forward the funds received from you within 10 days of the date of its receipt, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount of funds to the person designated by you within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the funds from you unless otherwise instructed by you. Cancellations and Refunds. There is a $50 fee for all cancellations after deposit is received. Deposit shall be refunded if cancellation is received in writing 45 days or more before check-in date. Deposit shall also be refunded if a cancellation is received less 45 days before check-in but a new tenant enters into a lease agreement for the same dates as the canceled lease agreement. In the event that a hurricane warning or mandatory evacuation is issued for the area, renters are encouraged to vacate the residence with their belongings and evacuate the area. A refund will be issued for days in which the residence was not used in the event of an evacuation.
