AGREEMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. If WE do not pay any refund within forty-five (45) days after WE receive YOUR request for cancellation, a ten percent (10%) penalty per month will be added to the refund. If WE cancel because the New Vehicle Limited or Powertrain Warranty has been canceled or voided, or because the odometer has been disconnected or altered, WE will mail to YOU written notice five (5) days before the contract is canceled.
