If YOUR cancellation refund is not paid within thirty (30) days of the return of the service contract, a ten percent (10%) penalty per month will be added to YOUR refund. In accordance with Missouri statutes, if YOU cancel this agreement, WE shall mail a written notice of termination to YOU within fifteen (15) days of the date of the termination.
