Common use of Agreement Controlling Clause in Contracts

Agreement Controlling. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between --------------------- the provisions of the Loan Documents and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern. This Agreement shall constitute a Loan Document for all purposes. Any reference to the Credit Agreement in any of the Loan Documents shall hereafter mean the Credit Agreement as supplemented by the Forbearance Agreement and this Agreement as the same may be subsequently amended, modified, altered, supplemented, extended, consolidated, replaced, exchanged or otherwise changed.
