Not for Benefit of Third Parties. This Agreement and each and every provision thereof is for the exclusive benefit of the parties to this Agreement and not for the benefit of any third party.

Notwithstanding any term of this Agreement, the consent of or notice to any person who is not a party to this Agreement shall not be required for any termination, rescission or agreement to any variation, waiver, assignment, novation, release or settlement under this Agreement at any time.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in any consent to assignment as contemplated by Section 13.6, this Agreement and each and every provision thereof is for the exclusive benefit of Owner and Operator, and their respective successors and permitted assigns, and is not for the benefit of any third party.
Not for Benefit of Third Parties. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Articles XI and XVI, this Agreement and each and every provision hereof are for the exclusive benefit of the Parties hereto and is not for the benefit of any third party.
