Common use of Agreement Controlling Clause in Contracts

Agreement Controlling. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and except as otherwise provided in the other Loan Documents by specific reference to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, to the extent there is a conflict between the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the terms and provisions of any of the other Loan Documents, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement replaces and supersedes in its entirety that certain proposal letter and term sheet dated as of August 29, 2014.
