Notwithstanding the foregoing, in relation to the Software License Agreement (Attachment D) shall be as provided in the respective agreement. This Agreement and the Exhibits set forth above, contain all of the agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties parties hereto, and supersede and replace any previous understandings, commitments, or agreements, whether oral or written as to those matters contained hereinwritten.
