Agreement Documents. This AGREEMENT, including its attachment and schedule, constitutes the entire AGREEMENT, which supersedes all prior written or oral understandings, and may only be changed by a written amendment executed by both parties. Agreement Documents. Contractor agrees to provide on an on call basis to Owner at Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, in accordance with the documents below.
