Agreement Enforceable Against Owner. Owner has duly and validly executed and delivered this Agreement, and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of Owner enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, except as (i) such enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, liquidation, moratorium or similar laws affecting creditors’ or lessors’ rights generally and (ii) the application of general equitable principles may limit the availability of certain remedies;
