Agreement Freely Entered. Executive agrees that he has read these Covenants in their entirety and understands all of their terms and conditions, that he has had the opportunity to consult with any individuals of his choice regarding his agreement to the provisions contained herein, including legal counsel of his choice, that he is entering into these Covenants of his own free will, without coercion from any source. The Executive agrees that such provisions are reasonable and necessary to protect the interests of the Company.
