Agreement in Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Note may be executed in several counterparts and all so executed shall constitute one Note, binding on all parties hereto, notwithstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the original or the same counterpart. A signature transmitted by facsimile or other electronic means shall have the same effect as an original signature.
